Business Email Windows Mail (Vista) Setup

POP Setup

Configuring POP3 in Windows Mail

1. Click the Tools Menu.
2. Click Accounts.
3. Click the Add button.
4. Select E-mail Account and click Next.
5. Enter your display name, usually your first and last name and click Next.
6. Enter your email address and click Next.
7. Set Incoming e-mail server type to POP3.
8. For Incoming mail server, type pop.easystreetemail.com.
9. For Outgoing mail server, type smtp.easystreetemail.com.
10. Check the box for Outgoing server requires authentication.
11. Click Next.
12. For E-mail username, type your full email address ( username@domain.com).
13. Type your Password (same one used to login to the web application).
14. Click Next.
15. Click Finish.

Configuring POP3 in Windows Mail w/SSL

1. Click the Tools Menu.
2. Click Accounts.
3. Click the Add button.
4. Select E-mail Account and click Next.
5. Enter your display name, usually your first and last name and click Next.
6. Enter your email address and click Next.
7. Set Incoming e-mail server type to POP3.
8. For Incoming mail server, type pop.bluetie.com.
9. For Outgoing mail server, type smtp.bluetie.com.
10. Check the box for Outgoing server requires authentication.
11. Click Next.
12. For E-mail username, type your full email address ( username@domain.com).
13. Type your Password (same one used to login to the web application).
14. Click Next.
15. Check the Do not download my e-mail at this time checkbox.
16. Click Finish.
17. Select the account you just created and click Properties.
18. Go to the Advanced tab.
19. Check the “This server requires a secure connection (SSL)” for both Outgoing and Incoming mail.
20. Click Apply, then OK, then Close.


IMAP Setup

Configuring IMAP in Windows Mail

1. Click the Tools Menu.
2. Click Accounts.
3. Click the Add button.
4. Select E-mail Account and click Next.
5. Enter your display name, usually your first and last name and click Next.
6. Enter your email address and click Next.

8. For Incoming mail server, type imap.easystreetemail.com.
9. For Outgoing mail server, type smtp.easystreetemail.com.
10. Check the box for Outgoing server requires authentication.
11. Click Next.
12. For E-mail username, type your full email address ( username@domain.com).
13. Type your Password (same one used to login to the web application).
14. Click Next.
15. Click Finish.


Configuring IMAP in Windows Mail w/SSL

1. Click the Tools Menu.
2. Click Accounts.
3. Click the Add button.
4. Select E-mail Account and click Next.
